Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years experience with at least 1 year pharmacy experience and 3 months licensed pharmacist.
• Immunization Certification, CPR certification, and NPI required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient dispensing of patient orders following quality policies.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care through counseling and problem solving.
• Perform duties of a Pharmacist: interpret, fill, and review prescriptions and maintain patient profiles.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies with coaching.
• Schedule staff to ensure optimal patient experience and efficient use of resources.
• Manage inventory and monitor daily reports to meet patient needs and maximize efficiency.
