Immunizations, staff supervision, and day-to-day pharmacy duties are involved to deliver world-class customer service. The position requires a licensed pharmacist, a PharmD or equivalent, and immunization/CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing within the state(s) of the region.
• Immunization certification (APhA) and CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts and prescription accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of staff pharmacists; support promotions and specials.
• Provide immunizations following standing orders and procedures.
• Dispense or compound medications per prescriptions and regulations.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine ingredients.
• Verify technicians’ work and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and recall protocols.
• Maintain records, inventory, and reports; manage daily operations.
