Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the pharmacy manager, including supporting promotions and operations.
• Respond to pharmacy needs for relief coverage and travel locations; cover routine and emergency scheduling.
• Administer immunizations following standing orders and procedures.
• Dispense or compound medications per prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients.
• Verify technicians and interns, ensuring accuracy of prescriptions and components.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, HIPAA, and company guidelines.
• Maximize gross profit and minimize operating expenses; maintain records and reports.
