Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy service operations to ensure accurate processing and timely workflow.
• Coordinate order intake, documentation review, and transaction support activities.
• Maintain pharmacy records, service documentation, and data entry accuracy.
• Monitor inventory and supply movement to sustain operations.
• Resolve routine service issues and escalate complex exceptions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet patient and customer needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts across pharmacy support.
