Cencora is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Support professional for our Knoxville operations. You will assist with processing, order intake, documentation review, and inventory control while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely service delivery.

This role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, support patient needs, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within pharmacy support services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support or related healthcare operations.
• Pharmacy support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure accurate processing and timely workflow.
• Coordinate order intake and documentation review to improve continuity and reduce delays.
• Maintain pharmacy records and data entry to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Monitor inventory and supply movement to sustain uninterrupted operations.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones for compliant handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align service needs and remove workflow barriers.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and quality controls.
