Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related work experience required.
• Registration with PA State Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacy Technician Trainee/Technician/Intern is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties consistent with the work area into which the employee is hired.
• Responsible for pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, order fulfilment, cycle counting.
• Assists with filling pharmacy-related shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Prepares and delivers verified medications to patient, representative, or healthcare worker.
• Maintains pharmacy by fulfilling daily operational needs.
• Follows HIPAA guidelines and handles patient information securely.
• Maintains reimbursement and patient assistance paperwork as applicable.
