Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in triaging incoming prescriptions.
• Verify and gather patient information (name, address, phone, DOB, allergies, conditions, insurance).
• Assess workload and queue prescriptions for processing.
• Assist in delivering prescriptions to patients and obtaining signatures.
• Perform cash register duties in the Pharmacy Department.
• Provide quality customer service to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Complete mandatory regulatory training and stay current with employment laws.
• Perform store clerk duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
