Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; preferred AS degree or higher.
• Verify patient information and ensure accuracy in prescriptions.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with regulations.
• Be able to perform all store clerk duties as needed and complete required training.
• Experience in pharmacy settings is desirable but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Triages incoming prescriptions and queues them for processing.
• Assist in the delivery of prescriptions to patients and obtain signatures.
• Handle cash register duties and customer transactions.
• Provide quality customer service to all customers.
• Maintain workstation and supplies; ensure cleanliness and organization.
