Job summary

CVS Health Corporation’s Omnicare division seeks a Back End Pharmacy Support teammate to join a collaborative, patient‑focused operation in a closed‑door pharmacy setting.

You will receive deliveries, stage stock for distribution, rotate inventory, assist with packaging and dispensing, perform inventories, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. This role offers full‑time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy, retail, or medical setting.

Position Summary:

Looking to start your pharmacy career or perhaps make a change to a closed-door pharmacy setting? Join our Pharmacy Support Staff- Back End team with Omnicare and work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering the best customer support.

Day In The Life:

As an Back-End Pharmacy Support staff member, you will work to receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with delivery drivers. Our back-end team focuses on order fulfillment including packaging and dispensing of medication, reviewing delivery orders and bins for accuracy, and coordinating stock rotations.

Additional tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparing the finished prescriptions as well as other light warehouse duties
• Performing physical inventories of medication
• Scanning all medication pending for delivery
• Sorting baskets for delivery by facility units, location, and delivery times

Required Qualifications:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience in a pharmacy, retail, or medical setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Skills/Experience, but not Required:
• Prior experience in the long-term care industry

Education:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $31.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
