GEM Edwards Pharmacy, a division of GEMCORE Health, is seeking a Pharmacy Support Representative for on-site work in Hudson, OH. You will handle administrative tasks, data entry, insurance information, and billing while supporting patient care and pharmacy operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong verbal and computer skills, and a willingness to learn. The role offers weekday hours, no weekends, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and computer skills with the desire to communicate with customers and prospects.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.
• Word processing skill of 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of PioneerRx helpful.
• Pharmacy experience helpful but not required.
• Light lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Reception of incoming calls and placement of outbound calls, routing to the appropriate individual.
• Administrative responsibilities associated with the practice of the pharmacy.
• Obtain and data entry of insurance, physician, and patient demographic information.
• Processing third-party billing information for reimbursement.
• Work collaboratively with all other departments; including accounting, contracts & licensing, shipping, etc.
• Filing and other general office tasks.
