Ideal candidates have an associate or higher degree in healthcare, with pharmacy technician experience and familiarity with Epic Willow Inpatient and 340B compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or business administration preferred.
• 5 years of pharmacy technician experience in lieu of associates degree may be considered.
• Licensed or registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of pharmacy support staff and manage activities at the location.
• Oversee daily pharmacy technician operations to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Ensure timely access to medications for patients and clinicians.
• Assist with 340B optimization and analytics for the site.
