The role includes guiding purchasing and distribution, assisting with 340B optimization and analytics, and collaborating with departments to uphold patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the applicable state is required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• 5 years of pharmacy experience or 2 years with supervisory/managerial experience required.
• Experience with purchasing, distribution, or analytics preferred.
• Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred.
• Understanding of 340B contract compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy support staff and manage location activities.
• Oversee daily pharmacy technician operations to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Ensure timely access to medications for patients and clinicians.
• Guide efficient purchasing and distribution of medications.
• Assist with 340B optimization and analytics for 340B facilities.
