The role includes pharmacy-related shipping, receiving, and logistics, with pharmacist-verified preparation for delivery to patients, representatives or healthcare workers, while adhering to HIPAA and daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Registered as Pharmacy Technician Trainee, a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern - Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties consistent with the work area.
• Involvement in different areas of pharmacy-related shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Prepares for delivery (pharmacist verified) medications for shipping to patients, representatives or healthcare workers.
• Maintains pharmacy by fulfilling daily operational needs.
• Follows HIPAA guidelines and requirements with patient information.
• Maintains financial, reimbursement, and patient assistance paperwork, where applicable.
