• Enter patient details and insurance information to complete medication profiles and billing.
• Provide counseling to patients and healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication use and adherence.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff and clinicians to resolve formulary and therapeutic issues and supervise technicians.
