Job summary

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a supply chain alignment professional to support inventory planning and procurement of pharmacy medications. This role reports to the Manager, MSHS Pharmacy Supply Chain and focuses on process improvements, data analytics, and strategic initiatives related to procurement and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement processes.
• Data analytics and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of DSCSA provisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the MSHS Inventory Planning & Procurement team that manages replenishment of medications.
• Support deployment of inventory management practices to optimize drug availability and cost.
• Analyze data and generate reports to drive supply chain performance improvements.
• Mitigate shortages using technology and predictive ordering processes.
• Assist with system SC initiatives and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
