Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations for a fully onsite role in St. Louis, MO.

You will supervise technicians and on-site staff, drive end-to-end prescription processing, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with leaders across locations to optimize performance. Qualified candidates have 3+ years of management experience in healthcare/pharmacy settings, plus 5+ years as an individual contributor in related fields; a healthcare/business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a fast paced metrics driven environment with accountability to performance KPIs and service-level goals.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an individual contributor in a retail, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, PBM, insurance, or pharmacy/medical claims.
• Degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered (high school diploma/GED required).
• Demonstrate quality experience coaching employee performance and partnering with HR to manage employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end prescription journey to deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.
• Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity across sites.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to processes and compliance standards.
• Lead and coach onsite and virtual teams; provide real-time feedback.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align performance standards and workflows.
