Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated analyst to support Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will help drive growth and improve affordability of products and services while responding to shifting competitive trends.

You will develop analytical insights from quantitative and qualitative data, identify problems, and collaborate with the Enterprise Pharmacy Team to develop practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings.
• Ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions.
• Develop collaborative relationships with the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and beyond.
• Develop effective verbal, written, and visual communication.
• Work within a fast-paced, evolving organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially the pharmacy value chain (preferred).
• Experience with corporate, growth, and product strategy (preferred).

• Support the team with projects related to Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation
• Help drive growth, improve the affordability of products and services, and react to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Pharmacy space

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings
• Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions
• Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond
• Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels
• Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain (preferred)
• Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy, and product strategy (preferred)
• Bachelor Degree
