Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in Managed Care or Health Insurance Industry; Pharmacy Operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy services.
• Interface with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to determine performance relative to goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Mentor less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.
• Other duties as assigned.
