Support company Health and Wellness initiatives and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license depending on state requirements.

Administer vaccinations, point of care testing, and complete Technician Product Verification, among other duties as allowed by law.

Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment tasks.

Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.

Support training for pharmacy associates and new technicians, ensuring department standards are met.

Lead by example in safety and sanitation regulations, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, reporting illegal activities.

Must be able to perform all essential functions of a Pharmacy Certified Technician with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of company-approved training programs and ongoing maintenance
