Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a Pharmacy Specialist at our Detroit campus to lead development, implementation, and optimization of advanced pharmacy systems. You will resolve complex issues, mentor staff, and drive research and education to elevate patient care across disciplines.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and contribute to continuous improvement in pharmaceutical practices, research, and outcomes within a top academic health system.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Completion of a residency training program or equivalent experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmacist experience or equivalent training.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Record of research and publication in the field of pharmacy.

As a Pharmacy Specialist, you will serve as the institutional expert in a major area of pharmacy practice, leading the planning, development, and implementation of advanced systems and services.
