Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional interaction with patients and staff.
• Explain cost/availability and refill processes; obtain necessary information.
• Enter patient data into pharmacy systems for charging and insurance.
• Process payments and assist with problem resolution.
• Coordinate with pharmacist on duty for medication guidance.
