Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
Completion of PGY1 residency or 3 years of applicable experience
Arkansas pharmacist licensure or eligible for licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
PGY1 / PGY2 residency completion
Board Certified in the applicable area
5 years of applicable experience
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Oversees patient care functions, including maintaining accurate records and refining medication therapies to improve treatment results.
Handles task prioritization adjusts to shifts in practice and addresses day-to-day operational challenges.
Adhere to pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies.
Provides training and instruction to staff members and pharmacy students.
Participates in initiatives for process enhancement, policy revisions, or research activities.
Other duties as assigned.
