Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy located on-site in Gilbert, AZ, offering a pay range of $20–$22 per hour for a packaging role. The job entails preparing patient-specific orders for shipment, ensuring quality control per SOPs, and collaborating across departments to keep shipping changes accurate.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, human-centered culture. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 12:00pm–10:30pm, with full-time, on-site employment.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, packaging and handling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and preparing patient-specific prescription orders for shipment.
• Communicating amongst departments to ensure any shipping changes are updated appropriately.
• Updating the team when shipping inventory is low on any items used within that department.
• Contributes to keeping the assembly and shipping areas clean.
