Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy focused on patient-specific care. We are hiring for a full-time on-site Packaging and Shipping role in Gilbert, AZ, offering a pay range of $20–$22 per hour.

You will package patient-specific orders, coordinate shipping changes, monitor inventory, and help keep the packing area clean. Prior shipping or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required. Join a team dedicated to quality and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, packaging and handling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and packaging patient-specific orders for shipment.
• Communicating shipping changes entre departments to ensure updates.
• Updating the team when shipping inventory is low.
• Contributes to keeping the packing/shipping areas clean.
