Job summary

SelectRx, a SelectQuote subsidiary, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage outgoing and incoming shipments and keep inventory organized. The role focuses on accurate processing, documentation, and reliable customer service in a production/warehouse setting.

Base hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 with local wage considerations. The position offers benefits and opportunities to contribute to logistics efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and order processing.
• Experience in retail or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to operate packing and moving equipment and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process orders including receiving deliveries and distributing mail.
• Maintain the stockroom by organizing, cleaning and cataloging items.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics for storage space.
• Keep shipping/receiving records and reports for managers.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints.
• Operate packing and moving equipment and ensure safety.
• Adhere to company policies and protect confidentiality.
