SelectQuote Insurance Services seeks a Shipping Clerk to support warehouse operations in Monaca, PA. The role focuses on preparing outgoing shipments, receiving items, and maintaining organized storage as new orders arrive.

You will help schedule shipments, manage inventory, and document activities to keep processes efficient. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping, warehousing or a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and software used for shipping workflows.
• Experience in retail or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders including receiving deliveries and distributing mail and packages within the company.
• Maintain stockroom by organizing, cleaning and cataloging items regularly.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure adequate storage and staffing.
• Keep records of goods shipped and received with regular shipping and receiving reports.
• Handle shipping issues and customer complaints, resolving them promptly.
• Operate packing and moving equipment and pallet jacks for large items.
• Follow SelectRx policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as directed by Operations leadership.
