Job summary

Medix is seeking Pharmacy Services Representatives for a PBM in Fresno to join our team. The role supports pharmacies, clients, and patients with information and guidance on benefit plans. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm.

Pay is $20–$23 per hour, DOE. Requirements include a valid Pharmacy Technician license or contact center experience in a pharmacy or PBM, and a high school diploma or GED. This position emphasizes OMNI-channel communication across phone, email, chat, and other digital

Qualifications

• Must have valid Pharmacy Technician license OR contact center experience working for a Pharmacy or PBM.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls from pharmacies, clients, and patients and provides the requested information or support
• Provides clinical call support for prior authorization-related calls and documents in the ticketing system
• Understanding of benefit plans and how to access the plan information, as well as how to communicate this information to patients accurately
• Escalates incoming calls when needed to the appropriate party for resolution
• Demonstrate OMNI channel experience across multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent service experience.
