Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math and computer skills, and knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register and in the pharmacy area.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing, verifies information, and schedules workflow.
• Maintains store appearance, inventory, and displays per policies.
• Handles returns, refunds, and exchanges; assists customers in locating products.
• Uses pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
