Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst (RAS) to protect the integrity of RedSail’s products, services, and customer ecosystem. The role involves monitoring account activity, reviewing cases in RAS/PowerLine and PMS, and supporting risk-based decisions through careful data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, criminal justice, data analytics is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmacy industry.

Responsibilities

• Review account activity for unusual or potentially non-compliant activity.
• Conduct proactive reviews of randomly selected accounts to identify risks.
• Analyze data from RAS/PowerLine and PMS to identify inconsistencies and trends.
• Document reviews and findings for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate findings and strengthen controls.
• Lead assigned reviews and projects to ensure timely completion of investigations.
