Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Pharmacy Business & Analytics Coordinator to monitor 340B and GPO/WAC pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize revenue. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, reports, and system support across EHR and Willow platforms.

The candidate will contribute to policy development, education, and ongoing maintenance of 340B processes while collaborating with Pharmacy Leadership and Risk/QA teams to improve medication-use efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
• 3+ years of experience
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification within six months of hire
• New York State Pharmacist License required

Responsibilities

• Maintain pharmacy acquisition, WAC and 340B costs and assist in charge configuration reviews.
• Investigate and resolve 340B, GPO, and WAC pricing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for 340B program.
• Monitor for drug supply chain issues, revenue integrity, and billing accuracy.
• Support pharmacy IT applications and system upgrades including off-hours work as needed.
• Assist with contract pharmacy operations and develop PBA/340B policies and procedures.
