Qualifications

• Licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Completes residency goals and rotation objectives.
• Completes one major project and additional rotation projects.
• Maintains a safe drug control system and dispenses pharmaceuticals per policy.
• Provides medication therapy management and documents outcomes and interventions.
• Delivers education and consultative services to patients and staff; supports appropriate medication use.
• Provides supervision for pharmacy operations in assigned area and ensures timely, accurate tasks.
