Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on pharmacy program matters and related regulatory issues.
• Advise on pharmacy benefit programs, insurance policies, and government contracts.
• Represent the company in litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Advise and mentor less experienced attorneys as required.
