Job summary

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Regulatory Coordinator to work in our Pharmacy Department.

The incumbent will perform monthly inspections of medication preparation and storage areas, including the Surgery Center and Marshall University provider-based offices. They will help set par levels, coordinate procurement and delivery of meds, and cross-train to assist in other pharmacy areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• WV Board of Pharmacy Registration required.
• CPhT National Certification preferred.
• Two years of position-related experience required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience with preference given to hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Monthly inspections of medication preparation and storage areas at Surgery Center and provider-based Marshall University offices.
• Assist Director and/or Assistant Director of Pharmacy in setting par levels for medications.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of medications to these areas and properly store medications upon delivery.
• Cross trained to provide assistance in pharmacy areas as needed.
• Pharmacy related duties as otherwise assigned.

As well as Pharmacy related duties as otherwise assigned.
