Job summary

Solli ant Health is seeking a purpose-driven Healthcare Recruiter to own the full recruitment and sales cycle. You’ll help pharmacies nationwide stay staffed and ready to serve their communities by connecting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with meaningful roles.

You are ambitious, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of your success, with a drive to build relationships and solve urgent staffing needs. This is an on-site Houston-based role with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals preferred.
• Ability to manage sourcing, hiring, and client needs independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
