Memorial Healthcare System in Florida seeks a Pharmacy Program Director to provide enterprise‑wide leadership of pharmacy programs. You will direct operations, finances and human resources, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to standardize services.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, you will set program goals, track KPIs, and deliver progress reports to leadership. Requirements: Doctorate in Pharmacy, Florida Pharmacist License, and at least three years of leadership

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Florida and Pharmacy doctorate.
• Minimum of three years in a leadership role.
• Experience directing enterprise pharmacy programs.

Responsabilités

• Directs and oversees the management of the assigned pharmacy program with KPIs aligned to Memorial objectives.
• Develops systemwide opportunities to improve standardization and effectiveness.
• Promotes and facilitates systemwide opportunities across departments.
• Coordinates systemwide activities related to the pharmacy program.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across the pharmacy enterprise to coordinate activities.
• Assesses services using data to propose innovative solutions for improvement.
• Prepares and delivers program reports to leadership on progress, finance, quality and HR.
• Maintains complete records related to program operations and services.
• Ensures program compliance with regulatory bodies.
