Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in shipping and workflow distribution in a pharmacy related environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/OT and accommodate heavy volumes.
• Effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload across clerks to optimize production.
• Oversee packing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Operate production equipment (labels, printers, loading bottles, restocking).
• Escalate equipment malfunctions as needed.
• Serve as first-line resource for clerk questions in coordination with a supervisor.
• Promote a positive work environment and high morale.
• Identify issues affecting performance and document for improvements.
• Assist in implementing policies and SOPs for clerks and training.
• Assist in training new hires and upskilling the team.
