Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Pharmacy Product Manager in Clinical Operations. You will connect pharmacy programs and solutions to market-ready products, focusing on member experience, access, and affordability.

You will design, develop, and launch products across markets, providing expert consultation and coordinating cross-functional efforts. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare, pharmacy, technology and product.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or four years of health industry work experience.
PBM experience preferred.
Four years of health care/health insurance product development experience preferred.
General understanding of health insurance disciplines including actuarial, underwriting, contracting, marketing, selling, eligibility, billing, and claims functions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop pharmacy and drug management products through final specifications.
Define and clarify work objectives, deliverables, and timelines for launching new or revised products.
Coordinate and support work achieving corporate priorities and product strategies.
Frame issues, assess approaches to organize work, and develop guiding frameworks for prioritization.
Coordinate and facilitate departmental and interdepartmental workgroups and planning sessions.
Collaborate with associates and provide coaching and subject matter expertise.
