Premera is seeking a Pharmacy Product Manager, Clinical Operations to connect pharmacy programs and services with market-ready products. This role focuses on improving member experience, access, and affordability across markets and segments.

You will lead product strategy, market knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing management from ideation to launch, collaborating with sales, leadership, and operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of health industry work experience (Required).
• Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience (Preferred).
• Four (4) years of health care/health insurance product development experience (Preferred).
• General understanding of health insurance disciplines including actuarial, underwriting, contracting, marketing, selling, eligibility, billing, and claims functions.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop pharmacy and drug management products through final specifications.
• Coordinate with sales, leadership, and other departments to define work objectives, deliverables, and timelines for product launches or revisions.
• Coordinate and support work aligning with corporate priorities, market and product strategies, and responses to RFI/RFPs.
• Identify issues, assess approaches, and develop frameworks to support prioritization and completion of work.
• Lead and facilitate cross-departmental workgroups and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide coaching and subject matter expertise.
