You will ensure a steady supply of pharmaceuticals, supplies, and services for clinicians to treat patients with dignity and efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement processes, coordinating with wholesalers, maintaining par levels, processing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or pharmacy purchasing/inventory in hospital or retail environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis for procurement.
• Familiar with EMR programs and pharmacy purchasing platforms.

Aufgaben

• Oversees pharmacy division procurement processes including ordering, receipt, storage and maintenance of items.
• Maintains relationships with wholesalers, vendors and manufacturers; ensures cost-effective supply channels.
• Addresses urgent supply requests, backorders, shortages, and allocations in a timely manner.
• Maintains inventory control via par levels and turns; supports annual physical inventory.
• Ensures accuracy of purchase orders and invoices; verifies pricing with contracts.
• Monitors drug recalls and proper disposal of expired products as per regulations.
• Supports formulary maintenance and financial impact assessments of purchases.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain to centralize sourcing as directed.
• Ensures compliance with 340B and DSCSA regulations; stays updated on policies.
