Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Kentucky seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy operations as a Buyer and technician. You will assist with medication orders, restocking and floor stock while ensuring accuracy and compliance in drug handling.

Responsibilities include processing wholesaler orders, handling inquiries, assisting the DOP with inventory and security, and performing clerical tasks such as charges and filing.

Formación

• Ability to respond to non-clinical inquiries and route to pharmacists.
• Process wholesaler orders, returns and invoicing.
• Maintain secure handling of medications and DEA/state documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as courier for med orders and restock automated dispensing cabinets.
• Answer calls, take messages, and direct questions to a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist DOP with inventory control, drug procurement, and floor stock.
