Qualifikationen

• National Pharmacy Technician certification and state license are required.
• 1–5+ years of Pharmacy Prior Authorization processing experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Aufgaben

• Process prior authorization requests received by phone, fax, or electronic submissions.
• Proactively complete approvals and denials that are due to expire with proper documentation.
• Review denial language to ensure NCQA requirements are met.
• Follow standard prior authorization workflow, policies and procedures.
• Handle high-volume inquiries from providers, pharmacies, and internal partners.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and timely completion of work.
