Job summary
Madisonhealth is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The role supports pharmacists in dispensing medications and ensuring safe therapy for patients. Candidates must hold Idaho licensure and have knowledge of medications, pharmacy math, and sterile technique.

Job description
The pharmacy technician is a critical member of the healthcare team and is essential to providing patients with safe and effective medication therapy. The pharmacy technician works closely with pharmacists to assist with dispensing medication throughout the healthcare system.
- 40 hour/week
- (5) 8 hour shifts
- 7am-5:30pm or 9:30am-8:00pm
- Rotating weekend shifts once per month
- Current Pharmacy Technician licensure in the state of Idaho
- Knowledge of medication names, pharmacy math, and sterile technique
- Strong communication skills, customer service, and patient care
Preference given for healthcare experience
High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in any major preferred.
