Description:Schedule requirements are for 40 hours per week.Shifts will be between 6 AM and 7 PM.Every 3rd or 4th Saturday shift is required from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fit.If clinically appropriate, candidates will be sent to the manager for a final decision.Clinical screenings will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.Interviews will be held with the manager.The facility may care for COVID patients.Tobacco and fragrance-free environment.Candidates should notify prior to submission if required.The maximum allowable time off is 7 days.Candidates must be able to care for a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.The daily census is approximately 120 patients.The facility has 163 beds available.Experience with antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, clinical dosing, compounding, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, sterile technique, and warfarin dosing is required.Candidates should have experience with charting systems, particularly Epic.All pharmacists must hold a valid PA license to practice in the state.Travelers are required to complete and pass any necessary exams within specified timeframes.
