Job summary

IMCS Group in York, PA seeks a pharmacist who is IV trained and skilled in both hazardous and non-hazardous drug preparation. A valid PA pharmacist license is required with EPIC and Pyxis experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide IV and hazardous/non-hazardous drug preparation as needed.
• Support scheduling: 6:00–7:00 shift with weekends every 3–4 weeks.
• Be interview-ready; clinical screen may determine fit; final decision by manager.
• Float to York hospital; possibly assigned to Apple Hill as needed.

Job description

*Ideal candidate will be IV trained and experienced with hazardous and non hazardous preparations. (perfect candidate would have this but will look at others if we can not find.)

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 40hrs per week and would be between 6a-7p, every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8a-1630p)

Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years

CERTIFICATIONS: PA state license required by law; MUST BE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION

EPIC & Pyxis exp required

RTO: MAX 7 days

WEEKENDS: every 3 or 4th Saturday. (8a-4:30p)

CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a

HOLIDAYS: as needed

FLOATING: will work at York hospital but could be floated to Apple Hill ( 2 miles away)
