Job summary
Albertsons Companies in Southern California is seeking a Patient Care Services Manager to lead the execution and growth of patient care services across the market. You will partner with Pharmacy Managers and Operations leadership to expand access to healthcare and strengthen clinical program execution.
You will coach pharmacists, drive performance against participation and sales objectives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering partnerships with providers and community
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Lead patient care and specialty care services across multiple pharmacy locations.
- Drive achievement of market patient care goals, participation targets, and financial objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop pharmacists to strengthen clinical service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies in patient care.
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations to expand services.
