Job summary

Impact Futures Group is seeking a motivated Client Partnership Manager to drive new business in the Pharmacy sector, engaging with community pharmacies, hospital teams, and healthcare providers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored training solutions.

You will lead outbound campaigns, research employers, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to learner onboarding.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pharmacy sector roles and training pathways.
• Experience selling to Pharmacy employers or healthcare providers.
• Proven sales record with targets.
• Ability to research competitors and articulate value.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development in Pharmacy with tailored training solutions.
• Develop sector-informed sales strategies and compelling propositions.
• Convert opportunities from leads to close through consultative talks.
• Represent the company at Pharmacy events and gather market insights.
• Articulate our USP and value over competitors to employers.
• Prepare bespoke client proposals aligned to funding opportunities.
• Own pipeline management and forecasting; maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team for a smooth learner onboarding.
