Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to pharmacy programs and projects.
• Perform provider, member, and pharmacy outreach related to clinical programs.
• Analyze financial progress reports and prioritize tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as outpatient medication access specialist to support members locally and outside service area.
• Perform routine quality checks on relevant system applications and functions.
• Provide recommendations on documentation, tracking, and measurement processes.
