Pharmacy Solutions Group - Ohio in Broadview Heights, OH, is hiring a Pharmacy Order Entry Technician for the evening shift 2:30pm-11pm. Under supervision, you will ensure accurate data entry and safe medication dispensing for residents.

You will handle phone inquiries, triage calls, enter new and refilled orders, and maintain residents' information in the pharmacy system while coordinating with staff pharmacists and billing.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and input resident information to dispense medications safely and cost-effectively.
• Enter and update resident data in the pharmacy computer system.
• Answer phones, triage calls, and respond to order inquiries.
• Place and track orders for staff pharmacists; liaise with facilities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and processing of outbound calls.
• Coordinate with billing operations and ensure timely faxes.
