You will enter and verify orders, perform basic drug calculations, and assist with claims within a compliant, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify medication orders in a computerized system with accuracy.
• Perform basic drug calculations and dosage conversions.
• Investigate and resolve pharmacy claim denials; follow up in POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid claim regulations and generate management reports.
