Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Ensure efficient pharmacy workflow and positive patient experience.
• Supervise and develop pharmacy technician personnel, including training and performance management.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under supervision.
• Lead scheduling and development of technicians; handle discipline decisions when needed.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities and health service offerings.
